Select a month. The block comes before placement, so it asks nothing of the field entities; the ten release days fall between November and June.

The four-week block
Every item in the Authority's draft, in the week and under the phase it lists. Lectures are capped at twenty minutes and each is followed by its exercise. Nothing is written that can be said or shown.
Field work: half-days and fourteen drills
One half-day a month from November to June. From December each carries a two-hour drill block: one function, one hour, twenty participants, one observer, and a trap in every drill.
The rotation
Every group meets all fourteen drills exactly once. Groups A and B take the month's pair; C and D take the pair from four months later in the cycle.

Every participant is enrolled in MBRU's Simulated Patient Programme. The purpose is for the cohort to experience the patient's perspective.

The record is about taking part and professionalism. It is one of the four sources of evidence. What participants say in a debrief or a reflection is theirs.

No written examinations, no essays. Four sources of evidence, written standards adopted before the cohort disperses, a panel of three, and every decision recorded with its reasons.

Precedented in every part, new in combination
The two features with no benchmark, the digital drills and enrolling a whole cohort as simulated patients, are tested by an independent evaluation and replaced if they underperform.
